ABOUT THE STUDIO

Prior Editions Studio was established in Vancouver, British Columbia,
in 1989 by Torrie Groening to print and publish original prints.
The studio has been host to many of
Canada's most celebrated artists and has worked with many public and
private galleries. Prior Editions relocated to San Francisco in 2001.

EXHIBITED AND COLLECTED NATIONALLY

Prints from Prior Editions have been collected by numerous public
galleries including the Vancouver Art Gallery which holds the first
five year archive. Works are held in the collections of the Canada
Council Art Bank, Ottawa, Memorial University, NFLD, The Maltwood
Museum, University of Victoria, and The University of Lethbridge.
The Burnaby Art Gallery collection includes the complete set of
Jack Shadbolt lithographs created over an eight year period.
